Guest Post Guidelines

To maintain quality and relevance, all submissions must adhere to these rules:

Content Standards

  1. Originality

    • Must be 100% unique content (no plagiarism or AI-generated text without disclosure).

  2. Relevance

    • Must align with MyPressportal’s categories (e.g., business, tech, health).
    • Avoid overly promotional language (e.g., “Buy now!”).

  3. Word Count

    • Minimum: 500 words.
    • Maximum: 2,000 words (longer posts allowed with prior approval).

  4. Formatting

    • Use clear headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs.
    • Include a brief author bio (max 100 words) with a link to the Client’s website.

Backlink Rules

  1. Dofollow Links

    • Maximum 5 dofollow backlink per post (Client’s choice).
    • Must link to relevant, high-quality pages (no spammy landing pages).

  2. Anchor Text

    • Natural phrasing (e.g., “learn more about digital marketing” vs. “click here”).

  3. Prohibited Links or Services

    • No adult content, gambling, bitcoin type services, or illegal services.
    • No redirects or cloaked links.

Prohibited Content

  • Misinformation, hate speech, or defamatory language.
  • Following topics are prohibited: Gambling/Casino; Anything related to Crypto; Pornograpahy; Child abuse ( This list may be expanded upon in the future )
  • Affiliate links or excessive product promotion.
  • Copyrighted material (images, videos, text) without permission.

Editorial Control

  • MyPressportal reserves the right to edit posts for clarity, SEO, or compliance.
  • Rejected posts will be returned for revision (no refunds for non-compliant content).

Submission Process

  1. Prepare your Content

    • Follow the guidelines above to draft the post.
    • Include:
      • Article Title (required)
      • Category (required)
      • Final article content (required)
      • URLs for dofollow backlinks.
      • 1 x Image (required)
      • 1 x Video (optional)

  2. Submit your payment using Paypal

    • Submit your payment using this Paypal link.
    • The fee should be the said agreed amount: USD 65
    • Once this has been received, we will send you the link to submit your guest post. 

  3. Review

    • MyPressportal’s team reviews the post for compliance (48–72 hours).

  4. Publication

    • Approved posts are published within 48-72 hours after payment.
    • Clients receive a confirmation email with a live link.

Post-Publication

  • A shareable link is provided for social media or email sharing. This can be obtained from the website, once this has been published.
  • Posts remain permanently indexed on MyPressportal, unless due to a removal request.
